About the Mission
Kickston advised the founders of MaxEsport in drawing up the Pitch Deck / business plan and with the financing strategy for a capital increase. Kickston, Maxesport's sole advisor, assisted the two founders - Matthieu and Antoine - in their first round of financing. Kickston was involved in drawing up the Pitch Deck, the Business Plan and the fundraising tactics, as well as the entire roadshow phase up to the closing with several business angels and club deals who will be contributing their expertise to the team.
