About the Mission
Kickston Partner, sole advisor on the operation, supported the management and the fund Aquiti Gestion in this operation of integration with Adservio. Kickston Partner was involved in the preparation of all marketing documents for the operation (teaser, information memorandum, and business plan), as well as the entire roadshow phase (contact with buyers, management presentation, due diligence, negotiations) until closing.
