About the Company

Founded in 2013, Big Moustache is a leading French men's skincare brand. Historically recognised as the leading distributor of subscription-based shaving products, the brand has more recently established itself as a 360° brand for men. Today, Big Moustache is divided into 3 complementary universes for men: a range of made-to-measure shaving accessories, cosmetic products and hairdressing and barbering salons (two in Paris). The brand has deployed an effective omnichannel strategy, enabling products to be found in retail outlets (Monoprix, Le Drugstore Parisien, Marquette), on marketplaces (Nature & Découverte, Amazon), on the Big Moustache e-Shop, in the brand's barber shops and in concept stores. Over the years, Big Moustache has built up a strong and loyal community. Today, the brand has over 20,000 customers, 1,700 active subscribers and more than 50,000 followers on social networks.

About the Mission

Kickston, sole advisor on the operation, supported the management and the main shareholder SIA Partners in this sale to Laboratoire Paris Dôme. Kickston was involved in drawing up all the marketing documents for the transaction (teaser, information memorandum and business plan), as well as the entire roadshow phase (contacting buyers, management presentation, due diligence, negotiations) up to closing.
