About the Mission
Kickston, sole advisor on the operation, supported the management and investors in this operation of integration with Mokaik (ex.Toutapprendre). Kickston was involved in the preparation of all marketing documents for the operation (teaser, information memorandum, and business plan), as well as the entire roadshow phase (contact with buyers, management presentation, due diligence, negotiations) until closing.
