About the Company
Founded by Eric Mangin and Paul Thiroloix in 2020, NooS is a turnkey employee engagement platform. NooS enables companies to mobilize their employees through a platform featuring social and environmental challenges. Alongside them are around one hundred clients, including Société Générale, La Centrale, Sopra Steria, and others. In five years, more than 20,000 employees have been made aware of CSR issues through gamified challenges, donations to charities, and solidarity initiatives.
About the Mission
Kickston, sole advisor on the operation, supported the management and investors in this operation of integration with Coptain. Kickston was involved in the preparation of all marketing documents for the operation (teaser, information memorandum, and business plan), as well as the entire roadshow phase (contact with buyers, management presentation, due diligence, negotiations) until closing.
