About the Mission
Kickston, sole advisor on the transaction, assisted the company's shareholders in their acquisition of EasyVista, a long-standing player in the ITSM market, which has been owned since the end of 2020 by Eurazeo, Cathay Capital, Momentum Invest and Isatis Capital as part of an LBO alongside the company's management team. Kickston was involved in drawing up all the marketing documents for the deal, as well as the entire roadshow phase (contacting acquirers, management presentation, due diligence, negotiations) up to closing.
