About the Company

The start-up ZACK was founded in 2016 by Timothée Mével and Pierre-Emmanuel Saint-Esprit, in response to the exponential production of electronic waste. Its model is based on four pillars: repair, resale, donation, and recycling. Initially targeting BtoC to help individuals easily dispose of unused products, the company has developed a more BtoB-oriented model over the years, resulting in higher value-added outcomes. Integrating with Manutan, ZACK will focus solely on BtoB. Since 2016, 2,500 tons of electronic devices have been saved from landfill, propelling ZACK into the top 3 French circular economy companies (according to the French Presidency's TECH FOR GOOD report in 2020).

About the Mission

Kickston, sole advisor to ZACK, assisted the founders and shareholders in the sale process. Kickston Partner was involved in drawing up the Memorandum, the Teaser and the Business Plan, as well as the entire roadshow phase up to the closing with the Manutan International Group.
